These terms govern the 1Anchor public website and the update communications currently available through it.

These terms apply when you visit 1anchor.app, use its invitation-help pages, or subscribe to 1Anchor updates. The 1Anchor app is still in active development and is not offered to the public through this website today. Product-specific terms may be published before broader app availability.
Website descriptions explain 1Anchor’s current direction and work in progress. Features, designs, availability, and release plans may change. Nothing on this website is a promise that a particular feature or release date will become available.
Do not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful material, or use automated means to overload or abuse its forms. Invitation links are intended only for the people with whom they were shared.
If you request 1Anchor updates, you authorize Covevi Labs to send occasional development and availability messages to the email address you provide. Every marketing update will include a way to unsubscribe. You may unsubscribe at any time.
The 1Anchor name, website design, copy, and original materials belong to Covevi Labs or their respective owners. You may view the website for personal, noncommercial use, but may not copy, modify, distribute, or represent 1Anchor materials as your own without permission.
The website relies on third-party infrastructure and delivery services. Their services may be governed by their own terms and privacy practices. References to Apple or Apple technologies do not imply Apple sponsorship or endorsement.
The website is provided on an “as available” basis. Covevi Labs works to keep it accurate and useful but does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that every description will remain current while the product develops.
These terms may be updated as 1Anchor evolves. The effective date above will change when a revision is published. Continued use of the website after a revision means the revised terms apply to that later use.
